Position: Automobile Receptionist

Pay: $13-15/Hr

Auto Hail and Dent Center is hiring a full time automobile receptionist. Compensation will be set based on experience and capability. Health benefits will be available after allotted time of employment along with potential for growth in the company.

Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements:

Demonstrates professional customer service
Highly motivated
Excellent problem solving skills
Effective communicator, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask
Enjoys a fast paced environment
Strong with Word, Excel, and Social Media
High School diploma or equivalent required
A general interest in cars would be preferred, but not mandatory

The position will include:

Handling all incoming phone calls, helping and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Answering customer questions, sometimes technical or industry related (training will be provided)
Helping with insurance adjusters regarding supplements
Booking appointments and keeping a schedule
Pre-appointment confirmation calls
Post appointment satisfaction follow up calls
Social Media Posting
Invoicing

We are a small family owned and operated automobile service company with a focus on paintless dent repair. We specialize in removing hail damage, dents, dings, and creases from automobiles without the use of paint and strive to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
